Yesterday we step in to Dan John in Firenze! We are a couple from Greece and we didn’t know about the brand! The shop was nice and tidy, we were looking for a simple sweater and take advantage from the sale 🙂 initially no one was assisting us than, a guy called Matteo showed up and start to talk to us in Greek! What a surprise! Was very nice, kind and professional! We make him run up and down for sizes but he did everything with the smile! At the end we bought 3 sweater!😅 beautiful stuff, excellent quality for the price and attention to the customer! Thanks Matteo, thanks Dan John!

Siamo clienti di un'altra regione ma essendo di passaggio a Firenze, un pò prima di Natale mi sono imbattuta in Dan John in via de Cerretani. Volevo comprare due pensierini per il mio ragazzo e sebbene il primo impatto non sia stato dei migliori, ignorata da una ragazza (signora direi) e da un'altra commessa, il gentile Matteo ha preso in mano la situazione fornendomi un servizio top, come i vostri prodotti!

Passeggiando a Firenze domenica pomeriggio mi sono fermato a questo meraviglioso negozio. Personalmente ho chiesto di provare dei abbiti da uomo,e ho avuto una gentile commessa sig. Barbara. Molto professionale e disponibile. La vendita conclusa e felice del acquisto. Da ritornare sia per la qualità & prezzo,ma soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Bravi

Un negozio di moda semplicemente fantastico! L’assortimento di abbigliamento per bambini e uomini è davvero eccezionale – moderno, vario e scelto con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ciò che rende questo negozio davvero speciale è il meraviglioso personale. Andrea e Paolo sono una squadra impeccabile! Si prendono tutto il tempo necessario, ascoltano i gusti personali e consigliano con un vero senso dello stile. Anche quando si è indecisi o si acquista per il proprio partner, non è un problema – Andrea e Paolo aiutano con tanta pazienza e gentilezza che ci si sente completamente a proprio agio. Da premettere che sono un turista venuto dalla Germania per vedere firenze ci sono stato appunto stamattina per caso giravo in centro e sono entrato in questo negozio in tanto un negozio bellissimo moderno e molto elegante con vasta scelta di vestiti ho comprato una felpa una maglia e una cintura personale gentilissimo aggarbato e pronto ad aiutarti per soddisfare le tue esigenze e soprattutto ad accontentarti e disponibile un ragazzo in particolare non ricordo il nome mi ha aiutato andando anche in magazzino prendendo abiti e maglioni per darmi vasta scelta di roba sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di aver comprato delle cose ci ritornerò sicuramente appena tornerò a firenze complimenti a tutto lo staff .
