I had an exceptional experience with the Dan John store on Viale Guglielmo Marconi in Rome, and I especially want to recognize Pino Hassan for his outstanding customer service. I live in the United States and had previously purchased a Dan John double-breasted suit jacket, but I was unable to obtain the matching trousers. After searching extensively, I learned that this location in Rome might still have the exact trousers in my size. The staff confirmed that they had them, and Pino went far beyond what I would normally expect from a retail store to help me complete the suit. Because I was purchasing from the United States, the transaction required considerably more coordination than a normal purchase. Especially since this purchase was not from the Dan John online store, but for this actual storefront. Pino patiently communicated with me by email, provided the information I needed to arrange payment, prepared the trousers for international shipment, supplied the package measurements, and worked with the DHL courier that I arranged to collect the package directly from the store. He even assisted with the DHL QR-code process so that the shipping label could be handled at pickup. Throughout the entire process, Pino was patient, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to helping me. What could have been a very difficult international purchase was made possible because of his willingness to go the extra mile. I am extremely grateful to Pino and the team at Dan John Viale Marconi Roma. This level of customer service is rare, especially considering that they put this much effort into helping an international customer with a relatively small purchase. I look forward to visiting the store personally the next time I am in Rome. Thank you again for everything. Highly recommended!
