This store on Via Nazionale is EXPONENTIALLY better in terms of service and people than the one by the fountain/roundabout. Props to VALERIA for being awesome,  thoughtful and and thorough. This team makes me remember why I love this store; the other locations have the same great items, but their staff are so rude and “pushy”.

This store was my first experience shopping in Rome. The quality and style attracted me. Initially I was struggling to find sizes for my husband and was not helped. I was told that sizes were not available (without further assistance). However, as I was pulling a sweater off the shelves that's when I met ANA. She was kind, offered a smile and was the only salesperson who took the time to go to the back and see if other sizes were available. She described different styles and options. I mentioned to her that I would return with my husband, which I did! It was purely because of ANA we returned and spent over 2 hrs shopping with her. She endlessly ran back and forth to check on sizes for us. She returned with outfit options, gave us style advice, and even when things did not fit or look right she was honest. We spent a large amount of money shopping with ANA and would have spent more except for our limited luggage space. ANA is who to ask for if you go to this shop. She genuinely helped us every minute of our time at Dan John and was so personable and patient with us.  It is rare to find a retail associate who put in the effort and time as ANA did. She has customer service skills and even upper management abilities and should be promoted!
