Exceptional service! My brother and I came in for a suit for his graduation, and the staff catered to all our needs, making sure that we were satisfied with what we bought. The member of staff that served us was very professional, friendly, and took the time to hear what we were looking for, and was very attentive. There was a variety when it came to suits with great quality, and we were able to have our suit tailored to be ready in days. We will be returning, thanks.

Longtime customer of Dan John, but I have to say that this London location has the BEST service -- a million times better than all our visits to Dan John in Italy. I have nothing to say other than that our experience at Dan John Westfield was incredible. I was shopping with a friend and had no idea how to guide him until Suwaiba swooped in to save the day.  Over the course of two hours, we tried on practically the whole store. We weren't sure where to even start, so she pulled all the essential basics to start to get to learn my friend's fashion sense, then dove right into pulling pieces that are versatile, timeless, and perfect for building a foundational wardrobe. She knew exactly how to dress him and what worked for his body type, skin tone, and how he wanted to come across. Her styling expertise transformed my friend into a different, more confident person. She also had so many tips and great fashion advice in general. All I had to do was sit back and watch the magic happen! Incredibly thankful for the best service I've ever received at a clothing shop. She made our whole experience!

stylish clothing in italian style, good price point. the staff are also incredibly helpful and assisted me via mail and in person when i needed to exchange an item; they managed to order in item i needed from the other danjohn store, and informed me when ready. special mention to staff member Piergiuseppe who was extremely polite, helpful and an asset to the company.

Brilliant experience shopping hear . The staff is very helpful and a special thanks for Alexandro (branch manager at Westfield ) who help me sort of an issue with my shoes . Overall , their collection is cool and stylish for  daily casual wear .

First and foremost, incredible service right from the get-go. Davide and Pardis were willing to help immediately for my wedding suit, showed me a great suit that would compliment my partner and I. Got me dressed almost immediately to see how I would look and address any concerns I would have. On top of that, buying 3 items would give me 20% off, which is a great bonus. They even gave me a matching tie to go well with the suit itself. I'm really glad to have had this store catch my eye as I was able to get a suit with a reasonable price, on top of looking amazing in the suit. Highly recommend anyone to give Dan John a go. You will have staff really wanting to help you to ensure you have the best fit for everything.
