Conosco il Brand da alcuni anni. Prodotti dalle linee attuali eleganti, con ottimi prezzi. La qualità di cuciture e dettagli debbono migliorarla, sicuramente, ma questo non impedisce di dare un ottimo voto alla professionalità e all' attenzione al cliente che ogni dipendente è in grado di dare nei differenti stores. Il mio preferito è via dell' Tritone angolo Pza Barberini, la nuova Storie Manager Elena e l addetto vendite storico di quel negozio sono impeccabili e d'esempio. Il mio voto è 10/10 . 👍🏼🙏🏼💕(attento a cuciture bottoni rifiniture vi prego) 😉😂🤝

My wife and I were on a honeymoon and wanted to buy Italian style italian made and from the outside looking in, Dan John seemed to be the store that suited that. We were greeted by Dali who upfront and to the end very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what we wanted. He barely needed to readjust my sizing and knew which style shirt worked with a different style pants and vice versa. He has a sharp eye for the colors as well and in which way to match them. All along the way it felt like such a comfortable and process and it did not feel like a sales pitch. We ended up walking out with a wardrobe of italian style that i felt confident in wearing. Dali is a 10/10 great gentleman that knows style in and out.

Sono stato in questo negozio sette giorni fa e sono stato seguito dalla commessa Roberta (chiedo scusa se ho sbagliato il nome). È stata carinissima: avevo un evento di lavoro molto importante e mi ha vestito in maniera estremamente puntuale e precisa per l’occasione, dimostrando grande attenzione e capacità di comprendere le mie esigenze, venendomi incontro in ogni aspetto. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare un dettaglio che ho apprezzato moltissimo: mi hanno preparato anche la cravatta, facendo il nodo in modo tale che a casa potessi indossare l’abito con praticità, senza difficoltà, considerando l’importanza dell’occasione. Questo dimostra non solo gentilezza, ma anche grande professionalità e cura verso il cliente. Un ringraziamento sincero va anche a tutte le sue colleghe, che sono state davvero molto carine e disponibili. Un’esperienza decisamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie per tutto!!!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, I don’t have the best fashion sense and Diego especially was very nice and fun to work with to try on several items. He also helped me figure out how to wear the jackets I was interested in. He then put together an outfit for my brother who was very happy with it as well! I’d recommend this place this to anyone who’s visiting Rome and looking for some Italian fashion items that aren’t overly expensive like some other stores in the city.

Went to the Naples store and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Had to buy a new suitcase so that I could take everything home with me! Lusieu was an amazing sales person. She took her time made sure I had the right size for everything.  She made smart selections for me from things I overlooked. Will come back every time I’m in Italy.

Very lovely shopping experience with Anna Rita. I even had my coat and pants fixed by the tailor in half a day before my departure!! Of course the tax refund is very efficient as well. Definitely coming back some time again!!
